A 12-year-old girl was allegedly raped and impregnated by a Queensland man, who was this week extradited from Sydney.
Iosefo Lui, 39, was brought back to Queensland on Friday after his arrest over an alleged incident in Townsville in 2023, Queensland Police said.
He is facing three counts of rape and one count of indecent treatment of a minor.
