Amazon Prime Video is the home of hundreds of original shows as well as a large number of series on loan from other studios. But only a small handful of those shows have at least 90 percent on Rotten Tomatoes.
But if every series scored that high, then Rotten Tomatoes rankings wouldn’t have much impact. Only the best series can command those scores, and even some critically-acclaimed shows haven’t reached that mark.
To help you find the cream of the crop, Watch With Us has selected three Amazon Prime Video shows with at least 90 percent on Rotten Tomatoes.
Because that feat is so rare, only one of our selections is a show that’s still currently releasing new episodes on Prime Video.
‘Fleabag’ (2016 – 2019)
Rotten Tomatoes rank: 100 percent
Phoebe Waller-Bridge wrote, created and starred in Fleabag as the title character, which went a long way towards making her an international star. Fleabag is a woman who has a very contentious relationship with her sister, Claire (Sian Clifford), and especially with Claire’s husband, Martin (Brett Gelman). Fleabag’s life choices and romantic partners also come back to haunt her.
Even when Fleabag feels strong sexual attraction, it’s usually for the wrong guy. In season 2, Fleabag has an obsessive love for a priest (Andrew Scott), which is another recipe for disaster and heartbreak. Yet the show never loses its sense of humor, even when Fleabag is down in the dumps.

‘Bosch’ (2014 – 2021)
Rotten Tomatoes rank: 97 percent
If you’ll pardon the expression, Harry Bosch is the granddaddy of Prime Video original series. Bosch had incredible longevity with seven seasons for the first series, as well as a three-season run for the spinoff, Bosch: Legacy. It pulled off that feat by being a cut above standard cop dramas, while adapting Michael Connelly‘s fan-favorite novels.
Titus Welliver moved from character actor to leading man when he was cast as Harry Bosch, and each season throws a lot of challenges his way. Bosch has been accused of murder more than once, and he’s also gone on personal investigations including his quest to find the truth behind his mother’s murder.

‘Upload’ (2020 – Present)
Rotten Tomatoes rank: 90 percent
In the near future of the sci-fi comedy Upload, the afterlife is real, but only because humanity created its digital equivalent. Robbie Amell plays Nathan Brown, a man who reluctantly chooses to have his mind uploaded into the digital afterlife before he dies in the real world.
Nathan’s girlfriend, Ingrid Kannerman (Allegra Edwards), pressured him into making that choice, and now he finds himself living under her thumb. However, Nathan is much happier when bonding with Nora Antony (Andy Allo), his customer service rep in the real world. They even start to have romantic feelings for each other, which are complicated by Ingrid’s continued presence and by Nora’s suspicion that Nathan was murdered.
