A man in his 20s has been fatally stabbed in an apparent ambush attack as he pulled up to his house in Sydney’s west late on Thursday night.
A manhunt is underway as police search for two males in dark clothing seen heading away from the Driftway Drive home on foot soon after the stabbing.

Emergency services were called to Pemulwuy about 10.45pm on Thursday, where they found a man with “significant injuries” near a silver Volkswagen Amarok ute parked by a bus stop and tennis courts on Driftway Drive.
The man had been stabbed multiple times. Paramedics tried to revive him, but he died at the scene.
He was found several hundred metres from where police believe he was attacked.
Police will allege the man was stabbed in the driveway on Driftway Drive when he arrived home, with inquiries probing exactly how he ended up hundreds of metres up the road.
