Who Is in the Cast of ‘The Amazing Race’ Season 38?
Keoghan confirmed the show’s Big Brother crossover in a July 2025 interview with Moonves, as he applauded the reality stars for their strength in the race.
“They’re savvy. Julie, you’ve created some savvy creatures,” he said. “They came in hungry, confident, a little cocky. I think they got humbled in the first leg. We’ve got some former Big Brother winners, so they know how to win, they know how to compete. It was very, very competitive.”

Janelle Pierzina, who appeared on Big Brother season 22, shared via X in February 2025 that she was asked to join the cast but declined for financial reasons.
“I had to say no due to money. Reality TV is an expensive hobby at this point if the show doesn’t pay. Good luck to the teams participating. I will be rooting for all of you!!!” she wrote at the time.
Big Brother 23’s Xavier Prather said that he and Big Brother 3’s Danielle Reyes declined to join for the same reason.
“@DaniHenReyes and I were in the mix as well, but chose not to for this exact reason. Can’t wait to see BB alums back on our screens and crossing over into another CBS show!” he shared.
