WWE Wrestlepalooza marked the company’s first official premium live event presented on ESPN, so it made perfect sense that one of the company’s biggest stars showed up for a big announcement.
The Undertaker might be several years removed from his in-ring career, but his presence always excites fans for what might be on the way.

After several matches already occurred on the card, Taker showed up in legendary fashion as he rode his motorcycle into the arena. He previously rode the bike into the arena during his biker days, before returning to his in-ring persona as the imposing Undertaker.
One he was inside Indianapolis’ Wrestlepalooza venue, he appeared as if he was going to conduct an interview with Stephanie McMahon, someone he’s famously crossed paths with during his wrestling career.
It wasn’t an interview, though, as The Phenom revealed he was there make a significant announcement involving the WWE and one of its biggest events.
“Are you ready?” he asked the crowd, repeating the famous words used by Stephanie’s husband, Paul “Triple H” Levesque, many times in the ring.
“I said, are you ready?” he asked loudly a second time to get the fans and Stephanie riled up.
“Because it is my esteemed honor to be able to induct you as the first member in the Class of 2026 WWE Hall of Fame,” he said as fans cheered.
A video clip below features Stephanie’s reactions as she appears to learn about her selection for next year’s honor.
Stephanie will become the next member of the McMahon family inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. In 1996, Shane McMahon inducted their grandfather, Vincent J. McMahon, posthumously.
Her husband, Triple H, has been inducted twice including once as a member of D-Generation X, and a second time as an individual, last year.
Typically, the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony occurs the night before WrestleMania in the same region where it’s being held. As of this writing, it’s unknown who will induct Stephanie, but Triple H and Shane seem like strong possibilities.
For a second straight year, WrestleMania will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada at Paradise’s Allegiant Stadium. The two-night WrestleMania 42 event occurs on Saturday, April 18, and Sunday, April 19.
WWE announced Stephanie’s induction as part of Wrestlepalooza, the first official event on ESPN Unlimited. More details will arrive about how to watch the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony as the event gets closer.
