Liz Truss, the shortest ever serving British prime minister, is heading to Brisbane.
The leader of less than two months in 2022 will speak at the Conservative Political Action Conference Australia at Star Casino later this month.
She’ll be joined by former Australian prime minister Tony Abbott, Pauline Hanson, federal Liberal deputy Ted O’Brien, ‘No’ campaigners Warren Mundine and Jacinta Nampijinpa Price, Senator Matt Canavan, and a spate of News Corp commentators, among others.

Truss led the ruling Conservative Party, after the demise of Boris Johnson, from September 2022.

The 50-year-old has since been on a worldwide speaking tour and appeared at the Conservative Political Action Conference last year.
“Truss has been a steadfast advocate for free markets, individual liberty, and strong national defence,” the CPAC website says.

CPAC Australia will run on September 20 and 21 at the Star.
