Ukrainian drone attacks sparked major fires at an oil depot near Russia’s Black Sea resort of Sochi, just as Russian missile strikes destroyed homes and civilian infrastructure in Ukraine’s southern city of Mykolaiv, officials from both sides said on Sunday.
