A Florida college student allegedly killed her newborn baby in a dorm bathroom and then threw the body in the trash — months after texting about her birth-control preference being a “plan C” in killing it, according to authorities. Brianna Moore, 19, allegedly suffocated her baby girl soon after giving birth in April last year in a University of Tampa dorm bathroom, according to Hillsborough County prosecutors.
