If you’re one of the artificial intelligence enthusiasts who bought a Humane AI pin, it’s time to say goodbye. The wearable device, which CNET principal writer Scott Stein compared to “an AI-powered Star Trek communicator pinned to your shirt,” is on its way out. Humane is being acquired by HP, and announced Tuesday that it would stop selling the pins.
