FIRST ON FOX : FBI Director Kash Patel has dramatically expanded direct outreach to foreign partners in an effort to bring international fugitives back to the United States.
FBI data exclusively obtained by Fox News Digital shows Patel made 100 calls to international partners in his first 18 months, compared with nine by his predecessor during the final 18 months of the Biden administration.
Compared to the last 18 months of the Biden administration, extraditions were up 65%, and FTOCs (foreign transfer of custody), in which a fugitive or suspect is apprehended overseas and transferred into U.S. custody, are up 54%, the FBI said.
