A Florida man who challenged a police officer to a fight was left with quite the shiner and a bloodied-up face in a horrific mugshot following his ill-advised provocation.
Ronald Jeffrey Johnson was propped up by jail staff for his mugshot after he attacked a Fort Lauderdale Police officer inside the Broward Health Medical Center on Aug. 29, according to the Broward County Sheriff’s Office.
The 51-year-old man allegedly yelled at medical staff in the Emergency Department when the officer, who was in full uniform working an off-duty detail shift, was called to the scene.
