Hisense has announced its range of ULED televisions for 2025 — including the U6, U7, U8 and U9 — with even more dimming zones and bigger screens, up to 100 inches.
In 2025, the U9 series gets a new 65-inch model with upgraded 165Hz native refresh rate and FreeSync Premium Pro, plus Dolby Atmos and DTS Virtual X.
Next up, the 4K U8 keeps its features in the five Ks, with a promised brightness of up to 5000 nits and an expanded number of dimming zones at 5,000 (last year’s U8N had 2,000). It will have screen sizes up to 100 inches, Wi-Fi 6E for ultra-fast streaming, and a Dolby Atmos 4.1.2 sound system.
The new U7 is designed to be the “ultimate mid-premium TV” with pricing under $1,000. It combines MiniLED Pro technology with a 165Hz native refresh rate and features an AGLR-Antiglare low-reflection panel.
Lastly, the U6 is an Amazon Fire TV-based television with a voice remote and Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos capability. It will also be available in sizes up to 100 inches.
The new models follow Tuesday’s reveal of two new Canvas TVs and the announcement of the massive MicroLED 136MX and MiniLED 116UX at CES 2025.
The Hisense 2025 ULED lineup will be available later this year. Further details on pricing and retail availability will be announced.
