In a viral TikTok video, a dog owner revealed what her morning routine with three Siberian huskies is like, and internet users can’t cope with it.
The hilarious clip shared in August under the username @tikanni.kita.n.tehya, shows the three pups, Tikanni, Tehya and Kaito, sitting on their owners’ bed, howling at the top of their lungs, each with a different sound.
“Tikanni screams, Tehya sounds like an ambulance aka the huskulance and Kaito, who’s the newest addition at 7 months old has a squeaky baby awoo howl,” the poster, Jenn F from Washington state, told Newsweek.
“Typical morning when you own huskies,” reads the caption.
Jenn added that the pups are famously known for their screaming and howling with added commentary from their point of view, and for their husky shenanigans, like digging, running, and being silly dogs.
“They have helped millions of people by bringing laughter and joy and I’m so happy that I get to share them! Knowing they make so many people happy is truly why I post them!” she said.
Siberian huskies are naturally vocal dogs, and howling like in the video is a normal part of their behavior. However, if your pup suddenly starts howling more than usual, it could be something else.
Changes in the home environment, such as a new routine, unfamiliar people or animals, or extended periods of being alone, can lead to stress or separation anxiety, both of which may increase vocalization.
In some cases, excessive howling can also be a sign of an underlying health issue, especially if it’s accompanied by other changes in behavior, appetite, or energy levels.
It’s important to observe your dog closely, take note of any recent changes or additional symptoms, and consult a veterinarian if the behavior continues or worsens.
The video quickly went viral on social media and it has so far received over 49,000 views and 4,445 likes.
One user, Pomsky Brothers, commented: “They are truly synchronizing now…. I see Husky Carrolling in their future lol.”
Nickki J Blackburn said: “Bet your neighbors love you !! lol.”
JMcNett added: “Am I the only one that couldn’t take more than 30 seconds of this? I don’t know how you do it. I love animals but damn. Im still following you just incase I start feeling too good one day and need to feel annoyed.”
