FIRST ON FOX: An illegal immigrant from El Salvador charged with killing a mother and her daughter while driving drunk the wrong way on a Maryland freeway is being sought by federal immigration authorities.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has lodged a detainer request with authorities in Montgomery County for Jose Antonio Caballero-Nolasco, the Department of Homeland Security told Fox News Digital.
He is charged with two counts of grossly negligent manslaughter, two counts of homicide by motor vehicle while impaired by alcohol, and life-threatening injury by a motor vehicle.
