The alleged victim in Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr. ’s sexual battery case has reportedly alleged that she faced threats for going public with her allegations.
The minor female, whose name Us is not publicly disclosing, spoke to the judge during a bond hearing for Kim Zolciak and estranged husband Kroy Biermann ’s 15-year-old son at Fulton County Superior Court in Atlanta on Friday, September 11.
During her emotional testimony, the alleged victim asked the judge to consider her safety when deciding whether to grant KJ’s request to be released on bond, per TMZ.
