Nick Viall’s pregnant wife, Natalie Joy, opened up about the pros and cons of being pregnant.
Natalie, 26, got candid about being pregnant with twins during a Thursday, March 19, episode of the “Viall Files” podcast. While chatting about how big her bump is getting, Natalie laughed about being able to use her stomach “as a table” revealing, “I did set my Chick-fil-a chicken sandwich on my stomach yesterday.”
Nick, 45, then asked if Natalie snapped a photo of the moment, which she had. “It’s a table!” she said while smiling and gesturing to her bump.
Natalie noted that while she is “happy” about her pregnancy, she’s also “not feeling light” as her twins continue to grow.
“I had a breakdown last night. It’s tough. You just blink and then you’re just, you got this massive belly [and] you can’t really do much.” Natalie said, saying she feels “so big” right now. “You’re already waddling and I’m like, ‘This feels too early for that.
She also got emotional over her daughter, River, 2, wanting to “run” and “jump” with her. “I’m like, ‘Mama can’t because a baby will fall out of me! I’m sorry!’”
Nick and Natalie announced that they are expanding their family in February. “Our rainbow babies are finally ready to join us and this time it’s TWINS 🌈🌈,” he captioned the post, which featured him and Natalie holding a photo of her sonogram with River in their arms.
Their pregnancy announcement came after Natalie experienced three pregnancy losses in 2025. Last March, she revealed via Instagram that she suffered her second miscarriage just two months after her first.
“While mourning the loss of our second baby at the beginning of this year, I quickly and very unexpectedly found out I was pregnant again,” Natalie wrote at the time. “It took some time for me to accept what had happened, only to be handed another chance so easily and so fast.”
Natalie went on to say that after she found “so much happiness” in her surprise pregnancy, she was heartbroken to suffer another loss.
“We were finally in a place of complete and utter gratitude,” she continued. “[Then], this past week, I miscarried again,” she recalled. “I underwent a D&C this time, which was harder than I imagined.”
The couple was first linked in 2019, two years before confirming their relationship. Nick got down on one knee in 2023, before they welcomed River in February 2024.
