Pop-Tarts is answering fans’ wishes with its “most requested innovation yet” — Pop-Tarts Super Stuffed toaster pastries.
The all-new “Super Stuffed” Pop-Tart has twice the amount of the flavorful gooey filling that fans love.
“Fans of Pop-Tarts have always loved our filling — so much so that they’ve spent years asking for more of it,” Leslie Serro, vice president of marketing for Pop-Tarts, a part of Mars Snacking, said in a press release.
The company noted that according to the Kellanova Consumer Contacts Report 2025, this is Pop-Tarts’ most requested innovation ever.
“Our all-new Pop-Tarts Super Stuffed toaster pastries deliver exactly that, while upgrading the snacking experience in a Crazy Good way,” Serro added. “Whether it’s a mid-afternoon reward or a late-night indulgence, it’s the ultimate treat bursting with more of what fans love to bring joy and comfort to any moment.”
The company said the new product is packed with 50% more filling compared to Pop-Tarts Frosted Strawberry toaster pastries.
Pop-Tarts Super Stuffed toaster pastries are available in three flavors:
- Pop-Tarts Super Stuffed Strawberry Blast: The classic — just super stuffed. Each bite is full of the strawberry-flavored filling fans love, finished with icing and rainbow sprinkles.
- Pop-Tarts Super Stuffed Molten Lava Cake: A rich chocolate-flavored pastry stuffed with an extra-generous dose of fudgy filling, finished with sweet icing.
- Pop-Tarts Super Stuffed Cinnamon Caramel: Gooey cinnamon caramel-flavored filling wrapped in a cinnamon pastry crust and completed with sweet icing.
Each box of Pop-Tarts Super Stuffed contains five individually wrapped toaster pastries, with price varying by retailer.
The company said all three varieties should be on shelves nationwide starting this April. The Pop-Tarts Super Stuffed Strawberry Blast and Pop-Tarts Super Stuffed Molten Lava Cake varieties will be available across retailers, while Pop-Tarts Super Stuffed Cinnamon Caramel will be available exclusively at Walmart.
Over the years, there have been many Reddit posts arguing that Pop-Tarts need more filling. And now that the brand has taken note, fans are ecstatic.
“Well, it is about time, I always felt that they needed more ‘STUFFING’ aka filling,” a fan added on food blogger Markie Devo’s Instagram post about the tarts.
“Glad the technology is finally here,” another said.
“FINALLY!!” someone exclaimed on Reddit, while another wrote, “I’m living for it,”
“Seeing a super stuffed strawberry pop tart makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside,” someone said.
“I’m drooling over this,” added another.
“This might get me into Pop-Tarts a lot more now! Excited to try this!” one commented.
