Former Survivor Greece contestant Stavros Floros is suing producers of the show after an on-set accident led to his leg being severed above the knee.
In a $100 million lawsuit obtained by Us , Floros, 22, alleged that the leg injury occurred when he was struck by a tour boat propeller as he was spearfishing for food on May 11, 2026. Floros claimed that Survivor Greece allowed castaways to swim in open water in an area that was heavily populated by tourists in the Dominican Republic.
