Pierce Brosnan and his wife, Keely Shaye Smith , are ready to let go of their Malibu mansion after almost three decades of calling it home.
Speaking to U.K. publication The Times on Friday, September 11, the actor, 73, explained why it might be time for the couple to move on from their $100 million home.
“We’ve been spared by the fires a few times now. But I think it’s time to move. Everything changes, everything falls apart,” he told the outlet. “We live by this body of earth’s water on a fault in a ring of earthquakes. That creates a fear.”
