“When I watch a lot of the younger guys or the guys that have come up, I see that sort of erratic kind of panic sometimes, where they rush into stuff,” Hart said. “But when I see Roman Reigns wrestle, he’s always in control. He’s always very calm.”
“He’s always kind of already got it figured out what the next sequence of moves are going to be and how he’s going to do them and how he’s going to execute them. He just never seems to panic.”
It seems that WWE agrees with Hart since Reigns held the WWE Universal Championship for 1,316 days before losing it to Cody Rhodes last year.
Additionally, he has main evented a record-breaking nine WrestleManias, and he will hit a tenth next Saturday at WrestleMania 41 Night 1 when he faces off against CM Punk and Seth Rollins.

Looking at a standard Roman Reigns match, Hart’s comments are right on the money. They tend to be slower, more methodical, and build to an exciting conclusion.
Meanwhile, there is a tendency for other wrestlers to start off with high-energy moves and there is nowhere to build to.
In the end, what type of match someone prefers is always down to taste. One of the exciting things about professional wrestling today is that there are so many different options out there, and it goes so far beyond WWE and AEW.
