With several teams kicking off their organized team activities this week, the NFL offseason is in full swing.
Teams have OTAs sprinkled in over the next three weeks before a month-long break until training camp begins in mid-to-end July.
We’ll be reviewing the major offseason changes for all 32 teams in addition to previewing what to expect from each team as they head into training camp. Below is our 2026 training camp preview for the Tennessee Titans.

Analysis:
After moving on from the disaster that was Brian Callahan’s tenure as head coach, Tennessee replaced him with former New York Jets head coach Robert Saleh.
Given his history as a top defensive coordinator, Saleh revamped the Titans defense in adding defensive tackle John Franklin-Myers, former first-round edge-rusher Jermaine Johnson, and cornerbacks Alontae Taylor and Cor’Dale Flott, plus he drafted first-round edge-rusher Keldric Faulk and second-round linebacker Anthony Hill Jr.
But the changes didn’t stop on defense. Tennessee signed 1,000-yard receiver Wan’dale Robinson from the New York Giants, grabbed star-in the-making WR Carnell Tate with the fourth overall pick in the draft, and it bolstered the RB room with two-time 1,000-yard Penn State alum Nicholas Singleton.
Despite the Titans having one of the best offseasons in the league according to many analysts, the moves they made may not be enough to push them into playoff contender status right away.
But there’s a chance they could be in that eight- or nine-win range in 2026, which should set them up to make some postseason noise the following season.
