Noella Bergener revealed she has no income three years after her exit from The Real Housewives of Orange County, Us Weekly can exclusively report.

According to court documents obtained by Us, Noella’s monthly bills total over $33,000 a month. The former Bravo star, 41, listed her occupation as “mother” in the docs. Noella has a daughter, Coco, from a previous relationship, and a son, James Bergener Jr., who she had with her ex-husband, James Bergener.

In her filing, Noella said the last year she filed taxes was 2022. She estimated her ex-husband earned $660,500 per month as a well-known personal injury lawyer. Noella said she had zero income last month, and her average monthly income was $0 for the past 12 months. She said she spends $33,259 a month. Noella was awarded $25,000 per month in child support from James and receives another $7,400 in child support for her daughter.

Her monthly bills include $16,000 on rent, $1,509 on health care costs, $1,500 on child care, $800 on eating out, $2,000 on utilities, $350 on her cell phone, $800 on laundry, $600 on clothing, $2,000 on education, $5,000 on entertainment and vacations, $500 on auto expenses and $800 on insurance.

Noella said her ex-husband has opened more law offices in over five states. “I believe his annual income has only increased,” she told the court.

“James lives in Puerto Rico and has not seen our [sic] since May of 2024,” she alleged. She said their son spends 100 percent of the time with her.

The former RHOC star and James started a relationship in 2015. The exes broke up in 2021. Noella filed for divorce in California and James filed a separate petition in Puerto Rico. The exes had purchased property and applied for Puerto Rico residency before the split, James alleged.

The two eventually finalized the divorce in Puerto Rico, except they said all matters about their kid would be decided in a California court. They reached an agreement on child support where James pays $25,000 a month.

In court documents filed last year, James said he still lives in Puerto Rico and “periodically travels for family, social and business reasons.”

In his filing, he noted that he was struggling to reach an agreement with Noella on custody of James. At the time, he told the court, “I have tried for years to work with [Noella] directly on custody and parenting time. Unfortunately, [Noella] and I are at an impasse, and I need the court’s help.”

The court has yet to rule.

Noella first appeared as a guest on RHOC in season 14. She was promoted to a full-time cast member for season 16.

In July 2022, Noella announced she would not be returning for season 17.

“After a wild season of ups and downs, I will not be returning to The Real Housewives of Orange County,” Noella wrote on social media. “Thank you to all of the fans for all of the love and support during quite possibly the hardest year of my life.”
