Gina Kirschenheiter’s boyfriend, Travis Mullen, is firing back at accusations he tampered with his ex-wife Meghan Mullen’s private email account and chased her down the road in The Real Housewives of Orange County star’s car, Us Weekly can exclusively report.

Us obtained a court declaration submitted by Travis on October 30 as he attempts to gain sole custody of their three kids. Travis addressed the claims made by Meghan in a recent filing, including his ex’s allegationsTravis asked to meet at a “dark, secluded industrial complex instead of our normal location” for a custody exchange.

She wrote, “While trying to leave with … Travis began chasing us in Gina’s SUV, cutting me off, and slamming on the brakes in front of our car. [One of the kids] flew forward inside the vehicle and was terrified,” she alleged.

Meghan claimed the kid who was with her had not wanted to see Travis since.

In response, Travis wrote, “[Meghan] references [in her filing] an exchange that occurred in February 2024, where she alleges that I chased her and [one of the kids] and that since that time [the kid] has refused to go to school or see me.”

He denied his ex’s claims about being in a “dark, secluded industrial complex.”’ He wrote; “It was a restaurant parking lot next door to a police sub-station. Second, I never attempted to run her vehicle off the road.”

“I would never do anything like that,” he continued. “I ultimately had [our kid] that evening and [they] did not appear upset, frightened or anxious. When [our kid] is in my care, [they] and I have a very good relationship. [They] willingly attend school and [have] never indicated that [they are] afraid of me or my girlfriend, Gina.”

In court documents, Meghan also claimed Travis improperly accessed her private accounts.

“In addition to litigation abuse, he has also accessed and tampered with my private accounts—including my Apple ID, Talking Parents, and email — by exploiting his knowledge of my personal information, including my Social Security number, date of birth, and answers to security questions,” she explained. “On multiple occasions, I have been locked out of critical platforms used for parenting coordination.”

Regarding the claims that he messed with Meghan’s private accounts, Travis said, “I have never attempted to tamper with [Meghan’s] private accounts. I have no idea why she would accuse me of that.”

As Us first reported, Travis filed court docs on October 29 demanding sole custody of their children, Joseph, born in 2016, Bennett, born in 2014, and Presley, born in 2011. Travis and Meghan got married in 2010 and broke up in 2016. In 2021, the exes agreed to share joint custody. Travis now wants that agreement modified.

In his filing, Travis claimed he had not seen one of his kids since September 29. (Meghan claims the kid has made this decision, not her.)

Meghan strongly opposed Travis’ request for primary custody. Meghan alleged, “Travis continues to misuse the court process to get his way. …His filings appear intended to punish and control me, not to protect the children. Travis is using the family court system as a tool of coercive control and retaliation.”

As Us first reported, on October 30, the judge temporarily suspended Travis’ custody time with the child, who Meghan claimed did not want to go over to Travis’ home. A hearing has been scheduled for next month where the parties will make arguments before a judge.

Kirschenheiter spoke to Us about Travis’ custody battle on November 14 at BravoCon. She said, “We’re still dealing with some of those issues at home,” she said. “I just think that we’re dealing with it so much better, and I’m so thankful for that.”
