Apple TV releases one of its biggest original films of the year this month in “Outcome.”
Keanu Reeves stars in the topical comedy as Reef Hawk, a Hollywood star blackmailed by a video that could ruin his life. With his reputation (rightly or wrongly) on the line, Hawk has to “embark on a soul-searching journey to make amends with anyone he could have possibly wronged in hopes of identifying the blackmailer,” according to Apple TV’s official synopsis.
Starring along Reeves are Cameron Diaz and Matt Bomer as his best friends Kyle and Xander, and an almost unrecognizable Jonah Hill as his crisis lawyer Ira.
There’s not much more from the streamer in April 2026, but what remains is definitely worth watching. “Your Friends & Neighbors” Season 2 drops April 3, and sees Andrew Cooper (Jon Hamm) play a charming suburban thief living a double life. That life is jeopardized when his new neighbor, played by James Marsden, threatens to unravel his dark secret.
For more offbeat drama, check out “Widow’s Bay.” Taking its name from a quaint island town 40 miles off the coast of New England, it follows Mayor Tom Loftis (Matthew Rhys), who wants to turn his struggling community into a tourist destination. Unfortunately for the town’s residents, that’s when darkly comic events start happening.
