The Golden Bachelor’s Gerry Turner is embracing the great outdoors with his new girlfriend, Lana Sutton.
Over the weekend, the pair had some fun in the sun when they enjoyed a boat ride, presumably in their home state of Indiana.
“A beautiful weekend on the lake @goldengerryturner,” Lana wrote via Instagram on Sunday, August 3.
In a selfie, a shirtless Gerry, 73, wrapped his arms around Lana as they wore swimsuits and sunglasses on a boat.
Just a few weeks earlier, the couple shared another selfie out on the water when they went jet skiing.
“Fun times on the lake with this handsome guy! 😍” Lana wrote via Instagram on June 29.
Gerry first shared the identity of his girlfriend in April during an interview with TMZ. At the time, he revealed that Lana is a retired teacher who slid into his DMs.
Although he ignored her first message, Lana tried again after revealing that she grew up in an Indiana town 20 minutes from him.
“We’ve been together every weekend,” Gerry told People in April. “She’s retired, so she’s not tied down. On a moment’s notice, she could come here or if I go there. There’s no encumbrances with work, so there’s just an awful lot of pluses that are helping us along.”
Fans met Gerry in September 2023 when he was the lead on ABC’s first season of The Golden Bachelor. He gave his final rose to Theresa Nist and the pair married in a January 2024 televised wedding.
Three months after they tied the knot, Gerry and Theresa announced on Good Morning America that they were divorcing.
While Theresa, 72, recently shared exclusively with Us Weekly that she is keeping her options open as she explores the dating world, Gerry has been sharing glimpses into his latest romance on social media.
Whether enjoying pickleball classes in Indiana or traveling to the United Kingdom for vacations, Gerry can’t seem to hide his happiness when hanging out with Lana.
“The past two months have been an absolute blast — travel, adventure, and quality time with two families,” he wrote via Instagram in May. “Feeling grateful to have met such a kind-hearted woman. What a partner!”
Gerry’s relationship also comes after the reality star recently revealed he was diagnosed with a slow-growing bone marrow cancer in December 2024.
“I feel great,” he shared on an April episode of iHeartRadio’s “Bachelor Happy Hour” podcast. “Until I have any symptoms, there’s no treatment. So I go frequently for blood tests. … When you turn 75, we’re going to have to do three-month increments. It’s telling me that at least [the doctor] expects me to live another couple of years to get to that.”
