A massive remembrance service will be held for slain conservative influencer Charlie Kirk on Sunday, with an expected attendance of tens of thousands and featuring a who’s who of Republican luminaries like President Trump and Vice President JD Vance, who are all expected to speak.

Kirk, 31, a married father of two young children and co-founder of Turning Point USA, was shot and killed Sept. 10 as he engaged with an audience at Utah Valley University during the kind of spirited debate that made him famous.

The shooting sent shockwaves throughout the country across the political divide. Trump, a personal friend of Kirk who frequently said he thought of him like a son, ordered American flags to be flown at half-staff after his death.

“Charlie’s vision was to empower the next generation to boldly defend faith, freedom, and family. This event is more than a memorial — it’s a call to carry on his mission at Turning Point USA, and ensure his remarkable legacy continues to forever transform America, and indeed the world,” said Turning Point USA spokesman Andrew Kolvet.

Here’s everything you need to know about the “Building a Legacy: Remembering Charlie Kirk” memorial service:

What time and where is the funeral taking place?

The service will be held Sunday at State Farm Stadium, home of the NFL’s Arizona Cardinals in Glendale, Ariz.

The stadium’s capacity is 73,000 for mega-events, and the crowd is expected to be greater than capacity. Indoor overflow will be available next door at the Desert Diamond Arena, which can hold an additional 20,000.

Doors will open at 8 a.m. PT, with the program set to begin at 11 a.m.

Will the funeral be televised?

The funeral is expected to be broadcast across news networks including FOX and CBS (stream live for free with DIRECTV), and will be streamed live by Turning Point USA across several platforms including YouTube and Rumble.

Is the funeral open to the public?

The event will be open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis based on stadium capacity and is free to attend. Attendees are asked to dress in their Sunday best, wearing the colors red, white or blue.

Parking will also be free, and guests are asked to carpool whenever possible due to the massive crowd expected.

Who is scheduled to attend the funeral and who is speaking?

In addition to tens of thousands of mourning supporters and fans, the service will be attended by some of the biggest names in the Trump administration, including the president and vice president.

Charlie Kirk’s widow, Erika, who delivered an emotional address just days after the assassination, will be another headline speaker.

Also attending and expected to deliver remarks will be White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Secretary of War Pete Hegseth, US Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, Donald Trump Jr., Tucker Carlson, White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller and Director of the White House Personnel Office Sergio Gor.

Worship services will be led by Chris Tomlin, Brandon Lake, Phil Wickham, Kari Jobe Carnes and Cody Carnes.

What will security be like?

Given the high-profile nature of the event, the massive size of the crowd and the all-star political figures in attendance, enhanced security measures will be in place, which may result in long wait times.

A strict no-bag policy will be in effect. Guests arriving with bags will not be permitted entry, and will be required to return the bag to their vehicle and rejoin the line from the end.
