Heart-stopping video shows two food influencers avoid death by a whisker after a vehicle smashed through a restaurant window and into their table — knocking the pair to the floor and sending broken glass everywhere.
Nina Santiago — whose YouTube channel “Nina Unrated” has almost 400,000 subscribers — was filming herself eating with her boyfriend, Patrick Blackwood, at a local restaurant in Houston, Texas, on Sunday when an SUV suddenly plowed into the building.
In the viral video, the vehicle comes flying into the restaurant as the pair each takes a bite out of a slider sandwich, knocking over the table and hurling Santiago to the floor.
Glass can be seen flying everywhere.
It’s unclear exactly what caused the crash, which took place at CuVee’s Culinary Creations in west Houston.
“Tomorrow is not promised,” the social media creator and OnlyFans model wrote in a post on X.
She also shared bloody pictures of her injuries after the crash on Instagram, showing cuts to her face and arms.
“I’m beyond grateful to be alive after an SUV crashed through the glass wall at CuVee’s Culinary Creations in Houston, TX, shattering everything while Patrick Blackwood and I recorded an eating show,” she wrote.
“It hit us directly, me on his left, him on my right, as I bit into a delicious salmon slider. Out of nowhere, but we survived.
“This experience showed me who truly matters; life’s too short for grudges or anger. Let go, forgive, live in the now, and cherish those around you. This could’ve been our last meal,” she wrote.
“Thankful to the universe and our angel pup Loyal, who passed in Nov 2024 and protected us from above.”
The couple’s fans were quick to offer their support and prayers.
“That brother shielded you quick too. God bless you both. Glad y’all ok,” one wrote on Instagram.
“So happy y’all are ok!!! Y’all are really blessed. Definitely protected by God!!!” a second added.
“You guys better hire a really nice attorney. That case is worth a lot,” a third wrote.
The driver of the SUV was reportedly heading to the restaurant for a private event when she crashed, the owner told TMZ.
Harris County Sheriff’s Office did not respond immediately to requests for comment.
