Boston’s woke Mayor Michelle Wu is funding a new program that gives “queer and trans” migrants up to $500 for massages, yoga classes and creative healing — despite the city being crushed by a nearly $50 million deficit.

The so-called “wellness allowances” are being handed out by a nonprofit called OUTnewcomers and is backed by the Mayor’s Office for Immigrant Advancement, the group revealed Wednesday.

“We’re offering $250–$500 wellness allowances for LGBTQ+ migrants in Boston to support their mental health and well-being through non-clinical care including yoga, meditation, creative healing, peer support, hair salon/ acupuncture & massages appointments and gym memberships etc.,” an advertisement blasted out by the group reads.

“Project: ‘Belonging Matters’ is our way of saying: you deserve rest, healing, and community. Many LGBTQ+ migrants carry trauma, isolation, and survival on their shoulders often without access to care.”

The vouchers range from $250 to $500, and can only be used in Boston — with priority given to “low-income, isolated queer and trans migrant, asylum seekers and refugees,” the group said.

Critics were quick to bash the program, with some on social media ripping the government for wasting taxpayers’ cash.

“WTF. Democrat Boston Mayor Michelle Wu launched a program that gives $250-500 vouchers to “LGBTQ+ Migrants” so they can get free yoga classes, salon visits, massages, gym memberships, and MORE. All funded with YOUR tax dollars,” one raged on X.

“And you thought they were just gonna waste all that money you sent them today,” another griped.

It wasn’t immediately clear how much taxpayer funds Wu’s administration has set aside for the program.

The program, which is currently accepting applications, was unveiled as the city grapples with a $48.4 million budget deficit.

Wu, for her part, has proposed a $4.9 billion budget for fiscal year 2027.

The Post reached out to the nonprofit but didn’t hear back immediately.
