Newsweek is partnering with global data intelligence platform Statista for the seventh annual ranking of the World’s Best Specialized Hospitals.
To compile the ranking, Newsweek is conducting a global survey of doctors, medical professionals and hospital administrators. New for this year, the survey and subsequent ranking will cover the best hospitals for nephrology as well as the previous 12 medical fields: cardiology, cardiac surgery, endocrinology, gastroenterology, neurology, neurosurgery, pediatrics, pulmonology, obstetrics and gynecology, oncology, orthopedics, and urology.
Last year’s ranking recognized the top 100 to 300 hospitals in each of the specialty categories.

This survey will be open through June 7, 2026.
