One of the most reliable action stars of the last two decades is Jason Statham, whose meat-and-potatoes movies always seem to turn a profit. One of the better ones is Wrath of Man, a 2021 Guy Ritchie film that stars Statham as Patrick Hill, a man on a mission to uncover who’s behind a series of truck robberies.
Will it surprise you to find out there are a few double-crosses and a lot of bullets and blood being shed? This is a Jason Statham movie, after all, but one that’s a bit more ambitious and satisfying than all the others.
