American Idol just made Disney Night extra special by revealing that two contestants are dating.

During the Monday, April 20, episode of the ABC show, host Ryan Seacrest spoke with contestant Brooks Rosser after he performed Miley Cyrus‘ song “The Climb” from 2009’s Hannah Montana: The Movie.

“Brooks, one of the great things about this show is the people you meet, the relationships you form, the special, magical moments that happen. Did you connect with anybody?” he asked Rosser, 22. “ʼCause I hear you’re a real Prince Charming.”

Rosser replied, “Oh, God,” before Seacrest, 51, asked if there was “anything” he wanted to share with the public.

“I have to say it?” Rosser asked before Seacrest welcomed Rae Boyd back to the stage.

Boyd, who was eliminated from the competition one week prior, told the crowd, “The princess is here to claim her prince.”

Rosser ultimately remained safe alongside fellow hopefuls Braden Rumfelt, Daniel Stallworth, Keyla Richardson, Jordan McCullough, Chris Tungseth and Hannah Harper. Contestants Kyndal Inskeep and Lucas Leon, meanwhile, were sent home.

Season 24 of American Idol premiered in January and has kept fans on their toes with themed-episodes including Idol University and Ohana Round. Luke Bryan, Lionel Richie and Carrie Underwood returned to judge this year’s group of singers.

As usual, audience members have had strong feelings about their favorite contestants on the show. Underwood, 43, has faced some backlash after sharing her candid opinions on different performances.

During a recent episode of the “American Idol Official Podcast,” host Danielle Fishel asked what Underwood thought about the public’s strong response to her critiques.

“You gave some very constructive criticism about some moments that you thought were very magical and then maybe some moments where it wasn’t so good, and you got booed,” Fishel, 44, said to Underwood, who quipped, “I don’t care.”

Bryan, 49, jumped in to defend the former Idol champ.

“It’s tough to do as a judge. It takes a lot of confidence in yourself, and you don’t want to say something that’s going to tank them in the competition,” Bryan said. “It’s just something that they need to be thinking about if they go forward.”

Despite the criticism, Underwood stood by her approach, adding, “I can’t lie, I’m a terrible liar. As a fan of the show, if there was ever somebody that kind of had an off night and everybody’s like, ‘Oh, my God that’s so great,’ I’m sitting at home being like, ‘What? Liars!’”

She continued: “You want them to pay attention to those things going forward. They’re obviously talented or they wouldn’t be here right now.”

American Idol airs on ABC Mondays at 8 p.m. ET and streams the next day on Hulu.
