Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes sparked engagement speculation after Robach stepped out with a large jewel on her ring finger.
Robach, 52, joined her boyfriend, 47, on the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards red carpet in Hollywood on Monday, March 17, where she flashed a large sparkling statement on her left ring finger.
The former GMA3 cohosts, whose romance was first reported on in November 2022 when they were photographed getting cozy on various outings, posed for snaps as Holmes, 47, held an arm around his partner.
Us Weekly has reached out to the pair’s representatives for comment.
Dressed in a striking blue one-shoulder gown, Robach, who confirmed she was living with Holmes during a September 2024 episode of the “Amy & T.J.” podcast, placed one hand on her hip as the rich jewel, set in diamonds, dazzled.
The outing came after the couple recently shut down marriage rumors, per People. Speaking to the outlet at the New York City premiere of Cirque Du Soleil’s Luzia on March 6, Robach said, “The truth is my mom even asked me [if we were married] because we wear our [fitness tracking] Oura Rings. She thought that maybe we had actually gotten married and not told her, and just were wearing our rings on the other finger. I was like, ‘Mom, I would definitely tell you if that were the case.’”
Holmes also chimed in during the chat, echoing Robach’s sentiment. “We’re not going to do that, Mom,” he said at the time.
In December last year, the pair discussed marriage on their podcast, with Robach making it clear that she didn’t want to get engaged on Christmas Day. While responding to fan questions over the pair getting engaged at the time, Holmes was quick to shut down speculation. “No there will not be, obviously, for anyone who is wondering — there won’t be a Christmas Day proposal,” he said on the December 25 episode.
The journalists formed a friendship as colleagues prior to launching a romance, documenting their shared love of running via social media in 2021. In November 2022, three months after Robach reportedly separated from former husband Andrew Shue and one month prior to Holmes and former wife Marilee Fiebig filing for divorce, photos of Robach and Holmes holding hands were published by the Daily Mail.
Robach and Holmes didn’t address the scandal on air at the time, but did appear to hint at the drama just days later on the December 2 episode of GMA3, quipping that they needed “words of wisdom” and joked about their “great week.”
Since exiting the morning show, the couple have cemented their relationship, launching the “Amy & T.J.” podcast in December 2023 and regularly appearing in one another’s social media posts.
