The Washington Commanders have been without star quarterback Jayden Daniels, as the star passer suffered a knee sprain following the team’s Week 2 loss to the Green Bay Packers. While the team was hoping for a speedy recovery, Daniels has missed two games due to the injury.
Now, the Commanders have received a massive injury update for Daniels. It appears he could be ready to go as soon as Week 5.
Daniels has been medically cleared to return to action, and he will begin to practice this week. This is good news for his availability for Week 5, and for the injury in general.
Commanders head coach Dan Quinn also stated that he will practice fully, meaning that the knee sprain he suffered will not keep him limited. Should Daniels practice fully all week, he will more than likely be ready to return for Week 5 against the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday.
