The NFL has a lot of great games on the Week 4 schedule, but there are none with more anticipation than the Dallas Cowboys playing host to the Green Bay Packers on Sunday Night Football.

Of course, that anticipation comes from Micah Parsons making his return to Dallas to face off against his former team. Along with Parsons playing his former team, Cowboys’ star defensive tackle Kenny Clark will also be looking to beat the team that traded him.

Just ahead of the regular season, the two teams came together on the blockbuster trade that sent Parsons to the Packers. In exchange, Green Bay gave up two first-round picks and Clark. Now, the two players will have a chance to make their former teams regret their decision.

Brian Hoyer Reveals Best NFL Quarterback Without Hesitation

Ahead of this week’s primetime showdown, Clark spoke out with a warning to the Packers and his former teammate, Jordan Love.

For years, Clark has practiced against Love. However, he has never been able to actually hit the quarterback. This week, that will all change.

Clark spoke out about his excitement to chase after Love and to try and sack his old teammate.

“Yeah, you get to hit now,” Clark said. “I’m excited, bro. I’m excited. It’s been a long time coming, and it’s definitely something I’ve been thinking about since I got traded here. You know what I’m saying? I’m excited to go.”

In addition to the warning that he sent to Love, Clark opened up about the trade. To say that he was surprised that Green Bay decided to move him would be an understatement.

“That’s probably the most shocked I’ve ever been in my life,” Clark said. “Of course, I heard the rumors that the Packers were going to trade for Micah and all that stuff, but I never thought it was gonna be me that was gonna be traded. It is what it is.”

So far this season with his new team, Clark has played in all three games. He has recorded 10 total tackles and a sack. Clark has already made his impact felt and has become a leader for the Dallas defense.

All of that being said, it will be interesting to see what both Clark and Parsons can do against their former teams. Clark is ready to go and is clearly aiming to be a destructive presence on the defensive line for the Cowboys.
