What a buzzkill!

A Brooklyn sex toy company should be forced to pay up after selling copycat versions of more than a dozen “fantasy-themed” dildos, according to a lawsuit.

Bad Dragon claims its colorful products, including ones named Crackers the Cockatrice, Fenrir the Wolf Dragon, Razor the Doberman and Nocturne the Enderfang, were duplicated by Coney Island-based Sinsaint Inc. last year.

The Bad Dragon items range in price from about $80 to more than $200, while Sinsaint sells its products for $85 to $112.

Sinsaint was so bold it even sold the dildo dupes at the January 2024 Adult Video News awards, “the premier adult-industry sales convention and award show,” Bad Dragon said in the litigation.

Bad Dragon, which operates in Phoenix, sued the NYC dildo maker in Arizona last year but the case was dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.

Even though Sinsaint allegedly started removing the copy cats, which had names such as Asmodeus and Astaroth, it’s not enough, Bad Dragon insisted.

The company said it has “no enforceable assurances that [Sinsaint] will not resume its infringing activities,” and wants unspecified damages and any profits from the sale of the copycat items.

Sinsaint did not respond to a message seeking comment.
