Stars really are just like Us — sometimes they struggle to get a good night’s sleep. But some celebrities have found ways to ensure they catch quality zzz’s.
As an actress, producer, talk show host, entrepreneur and mom of two, Drew Barrymore has a lot on her plate — which makes getting quality sleep essential. Over the years, she’s developed a bedtime routine that works for her: she keeps books on her nightstand for a good wind-down from the day, wears vintage T-shirts and shorts (or nothing at all) and prioritizes skincare.
“I’m obsessed with Weleda’s Skin Food. I wake up and my skin is plump and hydrated,” the side-sleeper exclusively tells Us Weekly. But the most important part of her routine? “Rest Bedding. It’s changed my life,” she says. “It’s the best bedding and all of my kids’ friends that come over to have sleepovers ask for it. It’s like this weird, silky soft cool. It’s my favorite.”
Turns out experts are on board with it too. “I love thermoregulation and see this as the next huge thing in sleep tech,” Dr. Michael Breus, a.k.a. “the Sleep Doctor,” says. “This is also great for women going through menopause.”
