Southern Hospitality pulled fans in when it premiered in 2022 — and Leva Bonaparte’s employees continue to prove how wild they are with every season.
The Southern Charm spinoff is focused on Leva’s Republic Bar and Lounge workers both on the job and off the clock. While Leva owns multiple eateries in Charleston, Republic is her crown jewel and the place to work if you’re in hospitality.
The shenanigans of her employees, which includes DJ and VIP Manager Maddi Reese and VIP Manager Joe Bradley, is the real heart of the show. “You all haven’t been my friends for a f—ing year,” Maddi claimed during a season 2 episode that aired in January, claiming her costars were trying to sabotage her relationship.
Maddi exclusively told Us Weekly in December 2023 that she felt like she was being “put to the test” during season 2, confessing she didn’t know “who to trust” among the cast. The tension continued throughout the season, but everyone was on speaking terms during the season reunion in February 2024.
Bravo announced in May 2024 that Southern Hospitality was renewed for season 3, adding to its already stacked slate for the 2024-2025 season.

Where Did Everyone Stand After the Season 2 Reunion?
After ups and downs all season, the cast was united during the season 2 reunion in February 2024 — at least when it came to Joe’s love life. During the sit down, Joe was accused of hiding a hookup with Real Housewives of New York City’s Luann de Lesseps after the two were flirty on an episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen in January 2024.
“They hooked up,” TJ Dinch told pal Mia Alario during the reunion, but Joe denied it. “I was playfully hanging out with her at the bar. That’s f—ing it.” TJ said he was “99 percent” sure they hooked up, to which Joe replied, “F— off!”
Bradley Carter and Maddi went head-to-head about their fallout, agreeing that they are not friends anymore. (They both accused each other of sabotaging their past relationships, but neither one took accountability.)
Mia, who got herself fired from Republic during season 2, apologized to Leva for her outburst and the two buried the hatchet. She still doesn’t work at Mia.
Elsewhere in the episode, Emmy Sharrett slammed Joe for not supporting her quest to get promoted to assistant general manager. Emmy’s boyfriend, Will Kulp, also called out Joe for not defending his relationship with Emmy when rumors surfaced that he cheated.
Joe said, “I’m still your biggest supporter” to Emmy and apologized to her and Will for not having their backs. When Will didn’t automatically accept the apology, Joe said he “has enough friends” before claiming he didn’t “root against” them as a couple. The group concluded that Joe tries too hard to please everyone, which has led to strained friendships with multiple people including TJ.
Who Is Returning?
Bravo hasn’t officially announced the cast, but Leva, Mia, Joe, Bradley, TJ, Will, Maddi, Emmy and Grace Lilly are all expected to come back.
Who Won’t Be Back?
Due to Lucía Peña getting fired by Leva during season 2, she isn’t expected to return. Mikel Simmons, who had a smaller role in season 2, and newcomer Oisin O’Neill are also questionable to come back.
Are There Any Newbies for Season 3?
Molly Moore, Lake Rucker, Michols Peña and Austin Stephan are all rumored to be joining the cast this season — and have appeared in photos during the summer and fall with the OG stars, including a group trip to Las Vegas.
Molly is an event planner who also works at Republic. Both Lake and Michols are also employees at the nightclub, while Austin appears to be a personal trainer and workout buff according to social media.
When Does Season 3 Premiere?
Bravo has yet to announce a premiere date.
