Jamie Lee Curtis knows her sexy look caused a stir.
Curtis, 66, took to Instagram on Wednesday, August 20, to address the sultry look she wore at the end of her Freakier Friday press tour in Hollywood on August 15.
“I LOVE the fact that the LAST photograph of me as TESS taken backstage in costume from my surprise appearance at @elcapitanthtre to support #freakierfriday has gotten more attention than any other since the announcement post with @lindsaylohan that sparked the movie getting made!” Curtis captioned the post. “HAPPY TO HELP SPREAD THE JOY THAT OUR MOVIE SERVES!”
In the pic, she held up a peace sign while letting her sleeve fall off her shoulder. Curtis’ look featured a gray top equipped with short sleeves, a plunging neckline and a relaxed collar. She styled the top, which was finished with statement pins clipped to her chest, with a thick black belt that sat on her waist. She completed her look with matching straight pants complete with a dark hem.
Of course, no outfit is complete without accessories, and Curtis dressed her look up with silver jewelry. She opted for a thick cuff, a chain watch, a dainty pendant necklace and chrome stilettos.
For glam, Curtis rocked a full beat. Her eye makeup featured purple shadow with long lashes. She teamed her vibrant glam with blushed cheeks and pink lips. Her hair was styled in curls with her bangs blown out over her forehead.
Fans were going wild over Curtis’ drool-worthy look via social media. On Wednesday, one wrote, “I can only hope to be this sexy when I’m older 🔥 dang,” while a second added, “MAAM you look so GOOD.” A third commented, “What a fox! 🔥.”
Through the years, Curtis has been open about her beauty. Last month, she got candid about getting plastic surgery at age 25 while chatting with The Guardian. “I’ve been very vocal about the genocide of a generation of women by the cosmeceutical industrial complex, who’ve disfigured themselves,” she said.
She continued, “I’ve used that word for a long time and I use it specifically because it’s a strong word. I believe that we have wiped out a generation or two of natural human [appearance].”
Curtis also noted that she regretted going under the knife so young after she was told her eyes were “baggy.”
