Get ready for more hidden camera hilarity as “Jury Duty” returns with a fun new format.

“Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat” follows Anthony, a temp worker hired to help organize a company “away day.” Just like the last Emmy-winning season, though, there’s one problem: everything around him is staged, and everyone around him is an actor.

Through eight episodes, we’ll see how he deals with the increasingly absurd premise, which sees his fake company try and fend off a hostile corporate takeover, which is also fake.

The meticulously organized prank has a tough act to follow. The original “Jury Duty,” which released in 2023 on Amazon Freevee and Prime Video, earned a Peabody Award, AFI Award, four Emmy nominations, including Outstanding Comedy Series, two Golden Globe nominations, including Best Television Series – Musical or Comedy, and two Critics Choice Award nominations, including Best Comedy Series.
