Kylie Kelce and Jason Kelce are marriage goals — and they’re still putting in plenty of work when it comes to their relationship.

During the Thursday, April 10, episode of her “Not Gonna Lie” podcast, Kylie, 33, asked guest LeeAnn Kreischer whether she and her husband, comedian Bert Kreischer, go on regular date nights each week.

“No, but we are actively dating each other,” LeeAnn responded. “Which looks a little different than a date night.”

Kylie said she holds a similar philosophy. “When people say, ‘What is the best marriage advice you’ve ever gotten?’ I always say that you should always date your spouse,” she explained. “Because at the end of the day, I truly believe you chose your spouse.”

The new mom of four continued, “You chose to love them, you chose to let them love you. And you chose to build a life together. So at the end of the day — and it’s no knock on my kids, I love my kids with my whole heart and I always will — I chose my husband. I didn’t choose my kids.”

Kylie emphasized that she loves her daughters — Wyatt, 5, Ellie, 4, Bennett, 2, and newborn Finn — “as much as I could ever love another [human] being.” However, it’s a different kind of love than what she has for Jason, 37.

“I love my parents, I love my sister,” Kylie continued. “They’re my family. I got what I got. … My husband, I picked. So it’s one of those things where it’s like, ‘I’m going to keep picking you by continuing to date you and appreciate you.’”

Kylie and Jason met on Tinder and tied the knot in April 2018. According to Kylie, the twosome keep the spark alive by “actively investing in” and “engaging with” each other.

“That’s what you do when you date someone,” she said. “You get to know them and you get to appreciate who they are and learn about them. I’m still learning [about] my husband all the time.”

Kylie remembered both her and Jason feeling “giddy to get to know each other even more” in the early days of their relationship, which is how she realized he was The One. “This is the feeling you’re supposed to have,” she gushed.

While the couple’s love story continues to give Us hope, they aren’t always so in sync. Earlier this year, Jason appeared as a special guest on his wife’s podcast in honor of Valentine’s Day and admitted his relationship flaw.

“I think if we’re going on average, [I’m the least romantic],” Jason said. “But if we’re going, like, height of top romantic gestures, I think I’m the winner.”

It was Kylie who kickstarted their relationship with the perfect pickup line. “We matched [and] I sent him a pickup line. I said, ‘I need LifeAlert. I’ve fallen for you and I can’t get up,’” she recalled on the “Sunday Sports Club” podcast in January. “He messaged back and was like, ‘No, you gotta try harder.’ I then messaged, ‘If I told you I work for UPS, would you let me handle your package?’ He was like, ‘Much better. I like that one a lot better.’ … And here we are.”
