Lala Kent is opening up about her body after welcoming two children.
“I love being pregnant. It’s my most favorite thing, so I want to experience it again,” Kent, 35, shared on the Friday, January 16, episode of iHeartRadio’s “An Unlikely Affair” podcast. “But since my second baby, my stomach — depending on how I move — it’s a little creepy. And I don’t want anyone to be like, ‘Oh, shut the f*** up.’ I’m being vulnerable right now.”
Regardless of your fame or how much money you have, The Valley star believes everyone has some insecurity about parts of their body.
“No matter who you are, what you look like, we all sit here and look at ourselves and go, ‘I don’t love this,’” she said. “I get nervous. The third one, we’re gonna have a real granny issue happening.”
While chatting with her podcast cohost and friend Ambyr Childers, Kent — who welcomed Ocean, 4, with ex-fiancé Randall Emmett before having Sosa, 16 months, via a sperm donor — revealed she has already made inquiries about possibly getting a boob job.
“I look like the Grinch. You know he has, like, a little ass with a pot belly and little boobs,” she explained. “I did inquire about a boob job. She’s calling me today. I’m very excited.”
Childers, 37 — who has two children with Emmett, 54 — said she has thought about getting a Brazilian butt lift, better known as a BBL.
“I just don’t want to do any more squats,” she joked. “I hate leg days.”
Kent went on to claim it’s one of the most dangerous surgeries a person can get.
“I’m willing to take the risk,” Childers replied. “I mean, I just want, like, three or four inches. That makes a big difference.”
Kent added, “Well, if you’re getting a BBL, so am I. … I’m trying to actually look like Cardi B, but that’s fine. I want to have my pants custom made because my thigh-to-ass-to-torso ratio is that wild.”
Earlier this month, Kent and Childers launched their new iHeartRadio podcast. While the pair may have the same ex, both parties assured listeners that their latest project is about so much more than just one guy.
“I think the one thing I want people to take away from the podcast is this is not a podcast that is going to be talking about he whose name we shall not mention,” Kent exclusively told Us at iHeartRadio’s 102.7 KIISFM Jingle Ball in December 2025. “Of course that’s how she and I know each other, but it’s more about the relationship and us coparenting and sex and dating and being single as a 35-year-old and a 30 something.”
The former Vanderpump Rules star continued, “We call it what it is in this podcast. She was the wife, I was the mistress. It’s very uncommon, it’s untraditional and it’s f***ing wonderful. I cannot wait to just share our stories on this podcast and where we are now.”
