The Brisbane Lions will be in the Brisbane CBD on Tuesday to celebrate their grand final win with fans.
Lord Mayor Adrian Schrinner announced the Lions would be in Queens Gardens on George Street from 1-2pm.

In 2001, a previous Lions line-up was awarded the keys to the city, while the women’s team received the same honour in 2021.
Today’s event comes at the start of a Queensland election campaign, with the fate of the Gabba – the Lions home ground – still under a cloud.
While Labor Premier Steven Miles scrapped a planned Gabba rebuild in favour of a $500 million refurbishment, LNP leader David Crisafulli won’t say whether he could go bigger, if elected premier this month.
Again promising an independent 100-day review of Games venues, Crisafulli on Monday wouldn’t say what should replace the proposed QSAC athletics venue he has publicly condemned.
“I’m asking Queenslanders, give us 100 days and we will sort out the mess that the government has created in more than 1000,” Crisafulli said.
