A man was fatally shot and another wounded in Jersey City on Sunday, police said.
Jenardo Tejada, 38, was shot near the corner of Orient Avenue and MLK Jr. Drive around 2:30 a.m., the Jersey City Police Department said.
The Jersey City native was rushed to the Jersey City Medical Center, where he died, according to authorities.
A 45-year-old man also shot in the incident was located two blocks away at Jackson Square, cops said.
An investigation into the incident by the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Homicide Unit and the Jersey City Police Department is still ongoing, and there are no arrests, police said.
