A masked predator raped a woman in a brutal attack after striking her with a gun as she delivered a package in Staten Island this week, cops and sources said.
The attacker — a “total stranger” to the 37-year-old victim — approached her as she made the delivery at Dongan Hills Avenue and Jefferson Street around 6 p.m. Wednesday, according to authorities and law enforcement sources.
He then hit her with the weapon and proceeded to rape her, police said.
The victim went to a local hospital, where she is listed in stable condition, authorities said. It was not immediately clear whether she was affiliated with a specific delivery company.
By then, the pervert had already fled the scene, police said.
The NYPD released a sketch of the suspect, shown with a mask covering half his face and a hoodie pulled up over his head.
