A massive blaze broke out in a Manhattan skyscraper Tuesday morning — close to the start of New York City’s St Patrick’s Day Parade, authorities said.
First responders rushed to the building near East 43rd Street and Sixth Ave. just before 10 a.m.
Huge plumes of black smoke could be seen billowing from the top of the building, according to footage shared by the FDNY.
