Patrick J. Adams is open to chatting with Meghan Markle about their time together on Suits.

The actor — who played Mike Ross — revealed to The Hollywood Reporter that he extended an invitation to the former Senior Royal to appear on his new podcast as Markle, 42, played his character’s love interest, Rachel Zane. Adams launched the podcast, “Sidebar: A Suits Watch Podcast,” with Sarah Rafferty, who played Donna Paulsen.

“We’ve reached out to everybody and said, ‘Come on as much and as often as possible,’ and then we’ll independently keep going back out, seeing what their schedules are,” Adams explained while confirming that Markle was included.

While he noted that the podcast’s purpose is for the duo to watch all of the show’s nine-seasons for the first time and discuss the experience of making the show with former cast and crew, he did not hint if any of the legal drama’s stars confirmed their appearances yet.

Markle has notably distanced herself from the Suits resurgence, but she did invite the cast to her May 19, 2018 nuptials to Prince Harry. The couple wed in front of guests including Rafferty and Gabriel Macht at St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle.

Some of the cast reunited at the 2024 Golden Globes, but Markle sat out. Gina Torres — who played Jessica Pearson — explained that Markle lost touch with the cast.

“We don’t have her number,” she said at the time. “We just don’t, so she’ll see. She’ll watch.”

She also sat out of the cast’s Super Bowl commercial for e.l.f. Cosmetics which starred Rafferty, Torres and Rick Hoffman, who played Louis Litt.

A spin-off, Suits: LA, is currently in the works. It is unclear if any of the former cast will make any cameos.
