NBC’s fall TV schedule is stacked with new and returning shows, including The Voice, Law & Order and more — but when is each program airing?
The network’s schedule for the fall will continue its tradition of nights dedicated to the Law & Order franchise and One Chicago universe. Both are tackling new seasons following major cast shakeups on screen.
News broke in May that Octavio Pisano and Juliana Martinez are leaving Law & Order: SVU at the end of season 26. Pisano originally joined Law & Order: SVU in season 23, while Martinez came on board during season 26. The show has since been officially renewed for season 27 with Michele Fazekas was announced as the series’ first female showrunner.
While it remains unclear how Velasco and Silva will exit, Kelli Giddish‘s Rollins is officially returning in season 27. Over on Law & Order, Mehcad Brooks is not returning as Detective Jalen Shaw after joining the show in season 22.
One Chicago, meanwhile, is facing changes after three Chicago Fire stars left. Michael Bradway, who has had a recurring role as Jack Damon, won’t be returning to the NBC drama. He is the latest firefighter to depart Firehouse 51 after it was previously announced that Jake Lockett, who plays Sam Carver, and Daniel Kyri, who is known for his role as Darren Ritter, will not be returning as series regulars. Brandon Larracuente was subsequently brought on as a full-time cast member.
