Noah Cyrus remains unbothered by any and all speculation surrounding her family’s dynamics.

“I keep myself quite separated from any interest or ‘drama’ with the family. The one thing that’s connected us with the entire world is music, and that’s what’s the most important to us,” Noah, 25, shared with People in an interview published Thursday, August 21. “Yeah, it emotionally is draining, but it doesn’t hurt us or touch us. It’s something that you really learn to keep separate and far away from yourself.”

After Noah’s parents, Billy Ray Cyrus and Tish Cyrus, divorced in 2022, the family was put under the microscope as reports surfaced that some members had unfollowed each other.

As Noah celebrates her new album, I Want My Loved Ones to Go With Me, she is making it clear that everyone is getting along just fine.

“Everybody’s great and loves each other,” she told the publication. “I think when you grow up with that being normal — things being public — that it doesn’t quite reach you. At the end of the day, this is a family, and that’s really it: just going through normal family stuff.”

On her latest album, Noah incorporated several family members on various tracks.

“With You” is the first song Billy Ray, 63, ever wrote, while “Don’t Put It All on Me” was written by Noah’s brother Braison Cyrus.

At one point in the song, Noah sings, “The words that were spoken / Mean nothing to me.”

The lyrics serve as a symbol for how Noah interacts with her brothers and sisters.

“I think that really sums up a relationship with a sibling,” she said. “There’s so many times, especially in my relationship with my siblings growing up, you fight and you say things — but that’s your family, and they’re always going to be there for you, and I’m lucky enough to say that that’s been my case with me and my siblings and my family.”

In May, Miley Cyrus also squashed any rumors that she wasn’t getting along with family members.

The “We Can’t Stop” singer called Tish her “best friend” and said her unfollowing was a “simple” mistake and “uninteresting.”

“My dad and I have had our challenges over the years,” Miley, 32, added via her Instagram Story. “Now, in my 30s, family is my priority above all else. I’m at peace knowing bridges have been built and time has done a lot of healing.”
