Sofía Vergara’s new selfie had fans doing a double take to see if she may not have noticed a NSFW wardrobe malfunction.
Vergara, 53, put on a sexy display in a white lace dress by Cult Mia while filming America’s Got Talent on Wednesday, August 21, leaving many social media users wildly speculating that she might have flashed more skin than anticipated.
After wrapping up the episode, Vergara took to Instagram to show off her fit, which featured a cutout over her chest, long sleeves and a bodycon fit. She clipped a nude microphone to the built-in cup of her dress, which her followers mistook for a nip slip.
“I thought, you thought, we thought,” one fan commented, while another admitted they also thought it was a fashion faux pas, “We all zoomed 😂.” A third agreed, “Yes we all thought it 😂.”
Vergara teamed her lace dress with picture-perfect makeup. She added a pop of color to her look with bronzed eyeshadow blended into her crease that was swept on her waterline. The rest of her glam was complete with black eyeliner, long lashes, filled-in eyebrows and pink lips. Her caramel brown hair was parted down the middle and styled in a straight blowout.
In another post on Instagram, Vergara showed off her sparkling accessories, including stacked diamond rings and floral earrings.
She also posed with fellow judge Howie Mandel, who was no slouch in the style department either. Mandel, 69, opted for blue reflective sunglasses, a gray blazer and a navy blue shirt.
While Vergara didn’t have a nip slip, she’s shared plenty of topless moments while tanning.
In July, she celebrated international bikini day while sunbathing in nothing but cheeky bottoms. She waved to the camera as she enjoyed some much-needed rest and relaxation.
The Modern Family alum again left little to the imagination in June, when she soaked up the rays beside a pool. While working on her tan, she took off her top and only wore G-string bottoms. Vergara kicked one foot into the air and gazed into the distance.
