“Reacher” Season 4 is storming its way back onto screens, and according to its lead actor, it’s like nothing you’ve seen before.
“It’s a gauntlet,” Alan Ritchson tells Collider. “I mean, it’s just a labyrinth of fights. We shot 11 fights in the first four weeks, and we’ve never shot anything close to that pace. Everywhere Reacher turns, he’s got another group on his heels.”
“It’s fun, wild, and nonstop,” the actor continues, “and we haven’t done anything like it yet. Usually, by the end of the day, it’s a sweet mixture of both fake and real blood.”
The fourth series in Prime Video’s upcoming crime action show is based on author Lee Child’s “Gone Tomorrow,” the 13th book in his popular “Reacher” series.
It kicks off with our towering hero witnessing a suicide on a subway train before getting drawn into a vast conspiracy. However, ut makes one key change from the source material: the setting changes from New York to Philadelphia.
Is There Going to be a Season 4 of ‘Reacher’?
Yes, there will be a Season 4 of “Reacher.” Ritchson says it’s heavily inspired by the previous season of the show.
“Season 3, I think, was especially well received,” says Ritchson. “It was true to Reacher, and it was him at his best so far. So, with that in mind, I say this with confidence: We’re somehow upping the stakes quite a bit. This is going to be the best season we’ve had yet. And definitely the bloodiest.”
‘Reacher’ Season 4 Release Date
An official date has not been announced for “Reacher” Season 4. Filming completed in late 2025, and post-production is currently underway, suggesting a release of late 2026.
